Julia C. Schoffstall

Julia is a trial lawyer with extensive courtroom experience and a practice focused on civil litigation and creditors’ rights. Before entering private practice, she spent nearly a decade as a prosecutor, gaining significant trial experience in complex and contested matters.
Today, Julia represents clients in a broad range of civil disputes, including commercial litigation, real estate and construction matters, and wrongful death claims. She regularly advocates for clients in motions practice and evidentiary hearings, bringing efficient and focused advocacy to every stage of litigation.
She also advises individual creditors, businesses, and financial institutions in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, with an emphasis on enforcing creditor rights, executing judgments, and maximizing recoveries.
Julia is known for her clear strategy and practical approach to resolving disputes both in and out of the courtroom.
