Brian McGinn’s practice focuses on real property, including real estate transactions and contracts, land use and development, state and local environmental laws, regulatory and code compliance, and administrative and local government law. He represents clients in hearings and appeals before hearing examiners, city and county councils, state administrative boards, and other administrative bodies, as well as in state and federal courts. Brian’s experience includes over eighteen years in private practice as a real estate and land use lawyer, as well as over ten years as the Hearing Examiner for the City of Spokane, which included providing hearing examiner services for several other jurisdictions in the Spokane area, including the City of Cheney, the City of Airway Heights, the City of Liberty Lake, the City of Spokane Valley, and Spokane County, among others. With this background, Brian is also available to provide municipal clients with hearing examiner services on a contract basis.
