Ryan H. Giarusso

Ryan’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including contract, real property, and tort disputes. He represents clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and associated appellate bodies. Ryan combines his current litigation practice with previous experience in both large and small internal legal departments and as a small business owner to provide clients with sound legal counsel by identifying compliance and litigation risks and efficiently mitigating them. Ryan first developed his judgment and risk mitigation mindset as a private pilot, with experience in vintage aircraft, seaplanes, and gliders. When not working or flying, Ryan is usually on a long walk with his wife, daughter, and bird dog.
