Steven J. Dixson

Steven Dixson's practice is primarily focused on defense of healthcare professionals and institutions in civil lawsuits, including claims for wrongful death and other allegations of medical malpractice. Steven also has significant experience in representing healthcare providers in administrative actions with the Washington Medical Commission, Board of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery and Washington Nursing Quality Assurance Commission. His practice also includes work with medical staff offices in issues of privileging and credentialing, and other regulatory matters. In addition to his healthcare practice, Steven has experience in commercial and business litigation (including contract and tort claims), media law (including access to public records and defamation issues) and employment law (wrongful discharge and employee wage claims).
